We are looking for a customer-focused and well-presented Steward to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Understand menu items and provide basic information to guests.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
