Role Description The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care and clinical support across diagnostic and treatment areas, ensuring high-quality, safe, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, assisting physicians and technologists, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.



The role also involves educating patients and families about procedures, after-care, and preventive health, while adhering to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

The Staff

Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support seamless patient flow, and participate in continuous improvement of nursing protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Valid Nursing qualification (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Experience in hospital or diagnostic center settings; exposure to radiology or laboratory environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Proficiency in maintaining nursing records, electronic medical documentation, and basic computer use.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple patients, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
