GeM & Government Tender Executive

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Electrical / Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GeM & Government Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete government tendering process, from tender identification and bid preparation to order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate relevant Government Tenders and GeM opportunities.

Manage GeM bidding, reverse auctions, and online tender submissions.

Prepare and verify complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial documents.

Independently handle the complete bid-to-order process.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, compliance, and documentation.

Monitor tender deadlines, corrigendums, EMDs, PBGs, and other requirements.

Ensure bids are submitted accurately and within prescribed timelines.

Maintain records of submitted bids, results, orders, and tender-related documentation.

Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities whenever required.

Track tender status and follow up until order finalization.





Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in GeM, Government Tenders, or E-Tendering.

Strong hands-on experience with GeM bidding and Reverse Auction.

Good knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation.

Ability to independently manage the tender process from bid submission to order.

Strong documentation, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and online tendering portals.

Candidates from manufacturing, electrical, engineering, industrial products, or related industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple tenders independently while ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
