Objective of job

- Line Feeding (smooth supply to Production Lines)
- Coordination between various departments like Engineering, production and Logistics

Principle activities

- Stock in / out of goods including documentation, using the system to book the goods
- Is responsible of the operations in the Host systems
- Scan the materials for warehouse 03 or 05
- Creates the commission lists
- Appropriate handling and storage of materials, modules, and finished products
- Following and keeping the FIFO principle
- Is responsible about commissioning and appropriate supplying of materials and modules to production / repair shop / service team / customer according to pick lists or other documents. carrying out inventory control and stock spot checks

- Respond about the keeping of order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
- Appropriate maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse equipment incl. boxes.
- Follow the safety regulations in the warehouse.




- Do the job assigned by the hierarchical supervisor

Workplace equipment (e.g.

requirements related to occupational safety, etc.)

- 5s needs to be maintained.
- Safety rules to be adhered.

Job requirements

- Specialized knowledge/ education: Any degree / diploma
- Work experience: 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Logistics function.

Additional knowledge:

- Positive Attitude
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Awareness of basic Supply chain concept
- Problem solving ability

- Work Under pressure
