Sr. SuccessFactors Integration Developer Lead

Location: Noida (5 Days office)

Job Summary designs, builds, and maintains data connections between SuccessFactors HR modules and external third-party systems, payroll platforms, or financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design: Define and deliver end-to-end integration strategies, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and data mapping documentation.

Middleware Execution: Build and manage data flows using tools like SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and the SuccessFactors Integration Center.

Data Synchronization: Maintain synchronization for core employee master data, organizational assignments, job requisitions, and time management records across platforms.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor interface performance, manage delta loads, resolve data conflicts, and handle error logs to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.

Skill Requirements

Experience: 5+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a core focus on modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), or Onboarding. Technical Knowledge:



Proficiency in OData/SFAPI protocols, XML data models, MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, and business rules.

Other Requirements

Certifications: Active skilled certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or related functional areas is typically required by employers.
