Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and define infrastructure architecture, deployment layout, and strategy for PV Suite products.
- Manage client relationships regarding infrastructure and PV product deployment.
- Oversee product release and installation processes, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Lead a team to manage parallel deployments for multiple clients.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve deployment issues.
- Handle RxLogix PV Suite product installation and upgrades, including Spotfire.
- Author infrastructure architecture specifications and Installation Qualification (IQ) documentation for installations and upgrades.
- Monitor and review IQ execution.
- Track and resolve deployment-related issues.
