Position Overview

RUS Education is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful visual communication, leading creative projects, and strengthening the brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, brochures, presentations, and print materials.
2. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
4. Create engaging graphics, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
5. Develop motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
6. Lead creative projects from ideation to execution while maintaining quality standards.
7. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
9. Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.
10. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. 5–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and campaign design.
4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing and motion graphics tools.
6. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in the education, ed-tech, study abroad, or service sector.
2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma.
3. Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
4. Ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to brand strategy.
