Position: Senior Finance Executive

Industry: Automobile Dealership

Location: Ormanjhi, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting and finance operations of the dealership.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and accounting entries.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support monthly financial closing.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, banks, and auditors.
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper financial records.
- Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, reporting, and other finance-related activities.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in an Automobile Dealership.
- Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in ERP/DMS will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
