:

The Sr. Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.
- Collection and profiling of data
- Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events
- Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.
- Adhering to quality standards
- Achieving targets set for activities assigned.
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.
- Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream.

2-3 years of relevant experience is essential.

Skills Required:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient qualified with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)




- Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.
- Excellent proficiency in MS – Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory
