Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer (For Process Equipment – like Reactor, Tanks, Column, Heat Exchanger, RVPD, HWG etc..) to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Request and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare tender submissions within the specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams.
- Identify project risks and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain records of estimates, pricing,



and project data.
- Support negotiations with clients, if required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in estimation and tendering.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Solid analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidate with 2-3 years of shop floor knowledge will have an added advantage.
