We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our AI team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building end-to-end AI solutions, from model development to production deployment, while working on real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
- Build and optimize deep learning models using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and instruction fine-tuning.
- Implement fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and Unsloth.
- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize AI models on cloud platforms.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including document processing pipelines.
- Ensure deployed models are scalable, reliable,



and high-performing.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model training, evaluation, optimization, and tuning.
- Practical experience with:
- Prompt Engineering
- Instruction Fine-Tuning (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, Unsloth)
- Agentic AI workflows
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Beam or similar big data processing frameworks.
- Exposure to Document AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or OCR-based solutions.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, MVC, and DVC.
