The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and suitability for the role. A performance-linked revenue-sharing proposition may also be considered for the right candidate.

The role will involve overall coordination of our sports operations, revenue, venue, events, coaching teams, partnerships, programmes and day-to-day execution.

✔ Adequate experience in sports operations, events or venue management

✔ Strong digital skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and other productivity tools

✔ Strong leadership and team-management capabilities

✔ The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously

✔ A hands-on, results-driven approach

✔ The maturity to take responsibility and make difficult decisions

✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

✔ The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
