Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on children's lives. If you are passionate about helping children with developmental and behavioral challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized one-on-one speech and language therapy to children with speech, language, communication, and feeding concerns.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based speech-language interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, occupational therapists, and educators, to support holistic client outcomes.
- Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure continued development.
- Educate, train, and support parents and caregivers with strategies to reinforce communication skills in everyday environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and families.
- Passion for supporting children with developmental and communication challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary therapy team.

Additional Requirements

- Experience working with the pediatric population is preferred.




- Willingness to work in an in office therapy environment supporting children and families.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Speech-Language Pathology.
