Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Hyderabad.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in adult patients . Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing one-on-one treatment sessions. The role involves documenting progress, maintaining accurate clinical records,



and communicating regularly with families and caregivers about goals and outcomes.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will collaborate with other healthcare and educational professionals, participate in case discussions, and contribute to service improvement and career development activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Knowledge and clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and swallowing-related conditions.
- Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based, client-centered treatment plans.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
