Position Summary

Join Deloitte’s DRS team within EBS Clients &

- Markets and help support priority accounts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work with Client Relationship Executives, Client Account Managers, and other account leaders to support account operations, strategic priorities, and client service activities. You will help keep account teams informed, organized, and positioned to deliver high-quality support across key account initiatives.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Account Enablement on the DRS team, you will be responsible for:

- Serve as a point of contact for account teams and support account operations, project coordination, and account excellence activities across priority accounts.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic priorities, issue-based requests, go-to-market planning, and industry- or region-specific account needs.
- Manage project activities end to end, including work allocation, stakeholder communication, quality reviews, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with Deloitte stakeholders across geographies to clarify project scope, refine requirements, and support the development of research proposals, reports, and account deliverables.
- Support team operations by contributing ideas, sharing best practices, and helping onboard or mentor junior team members.

- Health Care; or Technology, Media &
- Telecom and Deloitte Private). We help build and execute client service strategies, optimse internal support,



and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required

- Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable

- 2-4 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, business development, or market research
- Experience supporting key account management or account enablement activities
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and Word
- Experience conducting business, financial, market, or industry research and analysis
- Experience preparing reports, insights, or recommendations for stakeholders
- Experience supporting projects across multiple stakeholders or geographies

Preferred
- Experience supporting one or more industries
- Experience proposing research approaches or methodologies based on project scope
- Experience developing forward-looking insights or hypothesis-based analysis
- Experience creating visualizations or structured presentations of information
- Experience validating and triangulating sources for accuracy and relevance
- Experience reviewing work produced by junior team members
