Role Description The Spare Parts Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing spare parts requests, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely availability of parts to support maintenance and service operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, identifying required components, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The coordinator will track shipments, update internal systems,



and work closely with service engineers and the warehouse team to minimize equipment downtime. The role also includes monitoring stock levels, recommending replenishment, and contributing to continuous improvement of spare parts processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Inventory Control and Parts Ordering within a technical or industrial setting.
- Ability to work with ERP or inventory management systems and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components in packaging or similar machinery (preferred).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
