Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve cost optimization goals.
- Monitor vendor performance, track progress against contractual obligations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of MEP coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in quote preparation, vendor registration, sourcing, negotiation, and development.
- Understanding of Interior Designing
