Key Area Of Work

- Identify high-potential real estate opportunities for acquisition, leasing, or development across target markets, Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth objectives (e.g., retail expansion, logistics facilities, residential investment)
- Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks before acquisition, Oversee market research, demographic analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, construction, finance, operations) to advance opportunities from sourcing through execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities
- Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and support transaction execution as needed, Identify CP and promote products to them, Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs, Take update from CPs on products and offerings
- Should have own Channel Partner Network, Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and risk management policies
