- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
- Source candidates using ATS and other platforms
- Coordinate and execute onboarding processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure timely and quality talent acquisition across retail functions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in ATS tools
- Solid knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Background in the Retail industry is a plus
