We are seeking a Solution Design Manager Supply Planning to be responsible for representing business in the Supply Planning work stream to design, build and deploy the global Supply Planning processes with the respective solution(s) using Kinaxis Maestro. Working in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Business Solution Manager for Supply Planning, working closely with the GPOs (Global Process Owners), Business Champions, Functional IT Experts, and the workstream lead.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for elaborating deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and deployment phase, including establishing or updating business standard operating procedures, establishing user work instructions and training documentation, executing business screening and testing of solution(s), support and contribute to data migration.
- Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s) e.g. production planning (ePP/DS), External Manufacturing (ARIBA supplier collaboration), LCM/LCI (ePPM), EDW/Formula1 with Kinaxis RR.
- Ensures that user requirements and functional specifications are consistent with global / local processes.
- Contribute to master data preparation for Screening, Testing and cut over. Supports cutover and hyper care phases to ensure proper go-live for the Commercial and Manufacturing entities of Novartis during deployment.




- Secure business reporting requirements in Supply Planning together with the Reporting and Analytics team.
- Responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Providing conditions for and controlling the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.
- Other tasks are determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.

Qualifications

- S4 integration with Kinaxis Maestro e.g., ePP/DS, MRP.
- Very good understanding of Master data relevant for supply planning and the relevant supply chain business scenarios to be supported.
- Kinaxis Maestro senior experience, ideally as part of an implementation project of the Maestro Supply Planning solution.
- E2E process understanding.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Background.
- A university degree in supply chain management, purchasing, information technology or another related field of study.
- Active knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant field of Kinaxis implementation projects.
