As a Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, guiding strategic decisions and solving complex business problems. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your skills and experience to deliver quality results, inspiring and coaching teams to navigate challenges and solve intricate problems.

You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, fostering a culture of open and honest communication.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities





- Leading the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Guiding teams in leveraging statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms for complex data analysis
- Utilizing programming languages such as C++, R, and MATLAB to enhance data modeling and predictive analytics
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data processing and storage
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data workflows
- Directing the team through ambiguity and complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story through data visualization
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine data-driven strategies
- Promoting innovation and embracing change to drive continuous improvement in data science practices
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams to achieve operational excellence

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
