Seeking an experienced software technical expert for our Process Instrumentation R&D; team. This position is focused on driving new software technologies into the team. Using innovative technologies, methods and tools, you will be responsible for growing our team’s technical path and roadmap in the future. Some of the exciting areas we are pushing forward in an embedded systems environment are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT,



object-oriented frameworks and autonomous systems in extremely sparse memory and power designs.

Effective collaboration is essential. You will work with the individual software engineers, but also R&D; directors and other leaders to drive a cohesive strategy and roadmap for continuous organizational improvement.

Cybersecurity is a critical part of all our offers, so significant training will be provided on this topic and it is essential that this knowledge is rigorously applied.

This job might be for you if:

- Have a technical degree in computer science or electronics engineering or instrumentation.
- Have strong experience in C, C++ in an embedded environment (7+ years)
- Experienced or understanding of AI, ML(Machine Learning), DL(Deep Learning)/CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), IOT/IiOT programming, Cloud services programming
- Nice to Have skills: Python programing, understanding of protocols such as OPC/UA, MQTT, Multi-tier architectures, Experience in cloud frameworks such as AWS, ThingWorx, Azure. Experience in frameworks such as Kepware, knowledge of edge computing will be highly useful.
- Love software development
- Love improving software quality through engineering rigor
- Desire to influence software development teams across multiple geographies
- Development of the software technology roadmap and act as a mentor in new cutting age technology areas.
- Seek to introduce new technologies and concepts to an organization
