Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Gurugram.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support production planning, inventory management, and other business processes. The role involves writing clean, productive code, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and refining requirements, improving system performance, and ensuring reliability and security of in-house applications.





The Software

Engineer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including requirement analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP, manufacturing systems, or fashion/retail industry software is an advantage.
