About Pravshi

Pravshi is an independent software studio building digital products, applications, AI solutions and custom software from idea to launch.

We are looking for motivated students to join Pravshi as Software Engineering Interns for a 3-month internship.

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Remote / Work From Home
- Type: Internship
- Work directly with the Pravshi team on software and product development projects
- Opportunities to contribute across different areas of development based on skills and project requirements

Skills & Requirements
- Currently pursuing CSE, IT, Software Engineering or a related degree
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Genuine interest in software development and technology

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React / Next.js
- Node.js / Express
- Python
- Java
- React Native / Flutter
- SQL / PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- AI / Machine Learning
- Cloud / Deployment

What You'll Work On

Depending on your skills and project requirements, you may contribute to:

Post-Internship Opportunity

After successfully completing the 3-month internship, interns will have the opportunity to be evaluated for a full-time role at Pravshi.

Selection for a full-time position will be based on:

- Performance during the internship
- Technical assessment
- Final evaluation test
- Technical and behavioral interview
- Problem-solving ability
- Quality of contribution to Pravshi projects
- Overall consistency and professionalism

Selected candidates may receive a full-time offer with a package of ₹6–8 LPA, depending on the final evaluation, interview performance and role.

The ₹6–8 LPA package is not guaranteed and will be offered only to candidates who successfully clear the final evaluation and are selected for a full time position.
