About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial crime compliance solutions, particularly within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Compliance domains. As an Actimize SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, designing, and optimizing our Actimize platform implementations to ensure robust monitoring and reporting capabilities.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and enhance system functionalities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working with Actimize solutions within AML, Fraud, and Compliance domains.
- Strong technical and functional expertise in Actimize modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).




- Proficiency in transaction monitoring workflows, alert management, and case management processes.
- Experience in creating regression test suites and understanding of end-to-end data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and gather detailed requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including BSA/AML/OFAC.
- Familiarity with Actimize platform tools such as Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server).
- Certification such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for Actimize solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance areas.
- Deep dive into modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, WLF, UDM, CDD/KYC, and IFM to support implementation and optimization efforts.
- Design, develop, and enhance Actimize workflows, rules, and reports to improve detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and execution of regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues,



perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements and ensure that solutions comply with applicable standards.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal staff.
- Support post-implementation activities, including system tuning, upgrades, and ongoing monitoring enhancements.
