About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at TCS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Actimize applications within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, analyze existing workflows, and implement solutions that enhance their financial crime prevention capabilities.

The SME will be responsible for providing technical expertise on various Actimize modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the platform. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge financial crime prevention initiatives and work with a global team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Actimize applications and financial crime compliance. A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.





Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server) is essential.

Deep knowledge of core modules such as SAM, WLF, CDD, and IFM, along with a solid understanding of AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, and sanctions screening, will be critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As an Actimize SME at TCS, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with clients to gather and understand their requirements related to AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance processes.
- Providing expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Deep diving into core modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).
- Designing and implementing solutions that optimize transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflows.
- Creating and maintaining regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements.
- Staying updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Additional advantage will be given to candidates holding relevant certifications and experience with platform tools such as Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS.
