About The Role The Actimize SME role at Tata Consultancy Services is a specialized position focused on providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Actimize solutions within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective deployment of Actimize modules.

This role demands a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of Actimize applications, along with excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end workflows, creating test strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Actimize applications, particularly within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains, is essential.





Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate robust technical expertise in Actimize modules like SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM. Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer, and AIS is required.

Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of financial crime compliance regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC, and experience with transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflows. Excellent communication, requirement gathering, and client interaction skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their AML, Fraud, and Compliance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications, including modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM.
- Design, develop, and customize Actimize solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of Actimize modules, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Develop and execute regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flow and system functionality across various modules and interfaces.




- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Actimize applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to financial crime prevention and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, user manuals, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
