Role Description The Software Developer will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing Criclive.in’s web applications and services to ensure fast, reliable delivery of live cricket content. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing back-end features, writing clean and efficient code, integrating data sources and APIs, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues. The role involves collaborating with product and content teams to support recent site features, enhance the fan discussion experience,



and improve scalability as the user base grows.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, requiring close coordination with the local team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks and APIs.
- Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to write maintainable, well-documented code and to debug complex issues independently.
- Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Janakpuri and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in cricket and sports media is an advantage but not required.
