We are looking for a young, technically strong developer who wants to work at the intersection of AI, software engineering and real-world enterprise applications.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Software Developer – AI & Enterprise Applications with approximately 1–2 years of experience to join our technology team. The role involves developing web-based enterprise applications and integrating AI/LLM capabilities into practical business and engineering workflows. You will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to understand processes, translate them into software requirements, develop applications and take features from concept to deployment.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and exposure to full-stack development, databases, APIs, AI, workflow automation and enterprise software architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web-based applications for Bioscan's engineering, quality, training and operational workflows.
- Build modules for design & development, testing, bug tracking, risk management, training & evaluation etc.
- Design and implement databases, APIs, dashboards, approval workflows and notification systems.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities for intelligent search, document analysis, summarization, question generation, knowledge retrieval and workflow assistance.




- Explore and implement RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents for enterprise applications.
- Develop secure, scalable and maintainable backend and frontend components.
- Write unit and integration tests, debug issues and improve application reliability.
- Use Git and modern development practices for version control and collaboration.
- Work with hardware, firmware, AI, clinical, QA/RA and business teams to understand their workflows and convert them into software solutions.
- Participate in system architecture, database design, feature planning and technical discussions.
- Take ownership of assigned features from requirement definition through development, testing and deployment.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in software development; strong freshers with relevant project experience may also be considered.
- Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing web applications and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Practical experience working with AI/LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector databases is highly desirable.
- Experience with frameworks such as React/Next.js, FastAPI, Django or Node.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP is desirable.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand a business/engineering process and translate it into a structured software workflow.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced product-development environment.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and willingness to work across multiple technology domains.
