Role Description The Software/AI Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software solutions that support medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing algorithms for pattern recognition and natural language processing, implementing and training neural network models, and integrating AI components into existing software systems.

The role involves collaborating with product managers, billing experts,



and data analysts to define requirements, validate models, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations. The developer will also participate in code reviews, performance tuning, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of AI and software services. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science with experience in Software Development for production-grade applications.
- Demonstrated skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world data and predictive modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks for text-based healthcare data.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (such as Python) and AI/ML libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud-based architectures; experience integrating AI solutions into existing systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and follow secure coding and data privacy practices.
