- Deliver engaging sessions on Communication Skills, Soft Skills & Employability Skills
- Conduct training on English Communication, Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
- Develop students' Confidence, Personality & Professional Behavior
- Facilitate activities, role plays, group discussions and mock interviews
- Prepare session plans, training materials and learner assessments
- Track learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support learners in Interview Preparation, Job Readiness & Workplace Etiquette
- Coordinate with the project/centre team for smooth training delivery
- Maintain training records, attendance and assessment reports

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Strong command of English
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage youth/college students
- Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills
- Knowledge of Employability Skills & Job Readiness
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 3+ years of Training experience in Soft Skills, Communication, Employability Skills.




- Experience with CSR / Skill Development / Government / Education Projects will be preferred.
