Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Team Lead to manage 30+ international client accounts while leading a team of 5–7 Social Media Executives. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in organic social media marketing, client communication, campaign planning, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5–7 Social Media Executives.
- Manage 30+ international client projects simultaneously.
- Develop and execute effective organic social media strategies.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and other key social media KPIs.
- Handle client communication, meetings, reporting, and account management.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and other internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of campaigns and project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and retention.
- Use AI tools to improve content planning, research,



reporting, and productivity.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience managing 25–30+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of organic social media marketing.
- Experience with major social media platforms.
- Strong client communication and account management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Prior team-handling or leadership experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
