Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Lead to lead our social media presence across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and fintech understanding to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Own and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Whatsapp etc.)
- Drive performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with the paid media team
- Create and oversee high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) tailored to fintech audiences
- Build and maintain a strong brand voice and positioning in the financial domain
- Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and fintech regulations impacting communication




- Handle community engagement, ORM (online reputation management), and crisis communication

Key Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, BFSI.
- Team Handling experience is Preferable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance funnels, and content strategy
- Proven track record of scaling social media presence and driving measurable growth
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics,Zoho, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Involvement in Innovative Ideas and trending content.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven workplace
