Role Description If you can tell a trend from a micro-trend, have opinions on real vs aesthetics and can actually defend, and want to know how a garment gets made — not just how it gets styled — read on.

Who this is for

Someone creatively curious and genuinely fashion-obsessed, who’s as comfortable on a shoot as they are on a factory floor. You’re proactive, you notice things, and you’d rather make something than wait to be told what to make.

At BLHUE, you won’t just be an intern watching from the sidelines.

You’ll get to create, experiment, learn and contribute across fashion, social media, sampling, production, marketing and the ground-level process of building a clothing brand from scratch.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

On the brand and content side:

- Sit in on content ideation and bring your own ideas to the table, not just execute someone else’s
- Track what’s happening in fashion,



culture and on the internet — and tell us what’s worth acting on
- Help shoot, script and shape reels, stories content
- Use AI tools to move faster on moodboards, drafts, edits and research
- Watch the numbers after a post goes up and figure out what actually worked

On the product and production side:
- Track samples end to end — what’s in, what’s pending, what’s gone wrong
- Sit in on fittings and sample reviews and learn what makes a garment work or fail
- Coordinate with the production team and follow up on timelines
- Get hands-on with sorting, organising and garment handling
- Learn the full journey: sketch → pattern → sample → fit → production
- Help pull together the details that feed back into shoots, launches and product content The details
