Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role at ODD MEDIA is a Full Time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging target audiences. Daily tasks include assisting with campaign execution, researching trends, preparing social media calendars, and coordinating with design and content teams for posts, stories, and short-form videos.





The intern will monitor basic performance metrics, help respond to comments and messages, and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media execution within a collaborative agency workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current content trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Interest in creative storytelling, visual content, and analytics; familiarity with tools like Canva or similar design platforms is a plus.
- Recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
