Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in managing and growing the firm’s presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, assisting in content planning, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The intern will help analyze performance metrics, contribute ideas for campaigns, and align content with the firm’s brand, services,



and thought leadership in the financial and consulting space.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with team members and consultants.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for brand awareness and engagement.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for clear messaging and professional interaction with audiences and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of branding, audience targeting, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn analytics).
- Familiarity with graphic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced professional environment.
