Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Account Manager who can manage client social media accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure consistent growth and engagement across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative requirements.
- Write and review captions, post copy, hashtags, and social media content.
- Schedule and publish posts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor account performance, engagement, reach, followers, and other key metrics.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports and share insights with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, features,



and algorithm changes.
- Communicate with clients regularly and understand their requirements, feedback, and campaign goals.
- Handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Should be handy with basic shooting and photography.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Account Management.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
