Madlyn Studio de Design is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social media, trends, and content culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who is quick, proactive, and creatively switched on.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Track trends, reels, formats, audios, and content ideas and translate them into actionable posts
- Assist in planning content calendars and execution
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth content flow
- Maintain content schedules, trackers, and reports on Google Sheets
- Support basic analytics, posting schedules, and engagement monitoring

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Immediate joining required
- Own iPhone (for content shooting,



reels, stories, and quick edits)
- Own laptop
- Extremely active on social media and aware of latest trends, formats, and updates
- Strong understanding of social media basics (posting, reels, captions, hashtags, engagement)
- Comfortable working on Google Sheets / Excel
- Organized, responsive, and able to work at a quick pace
