About the Role

Bizz To Brand is looking for a creative, active, and trend-focused Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands how to build brands on social media, create engaging content, and run performance-driven advertising campaigns that generate leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media strategies for clients and the company.
- Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and viral content.
- Plan and manage content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct audience research and identify opportunities for growth.
- SEO knowledge to social media content, websites, blogs, and campaigns.
- Track social media and advertising performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with designers,



content creators, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, especially sales and lead-generation campaigns.
- Creative mindset with excellent content and campaign ideas.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign data and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to experiment with recent ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
