We are hiring: Social Media & Growth Intern Location: Delhi | Hybrid | Internship with Full Time Prospect

We're looking for someone who can do more than just manage an Instagram page.

This role is for someone who is creative, proactive, good with people, and comfortable taking ownership of different things.

You'll primarily work on social media and content, but you'll also get involved in outreach, client communication, business development, research, coordination, and helping us get things done across multiple projects.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and helping grow our social media presence
- Planning content and coming up with ideas
- Understanding trends, branding, and what works on different platforms
- Coordinating with designers, editors, and other creatives
- Helping with outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Researching potential clients, brands, artists, and opportunities
- Following up with leads and assisting with client communication
- Helping with basic sales and business development
- Managing tasks, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination




- Working closely with the founder across different projects and businesses

Who we're looking forYou don't need to know everything, but you should be someone who is:
- Good at communication
- Comfortable talking to people
- Interested in social media, branding, marketing, and business
- Organised and able to manage multiple things
- Comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out
- Proactive and not dependent on constant instructions
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

This is a hands-on role. Some days you might be planning content. Other days you could be reaching out to potential clients, coordinating with a freelancer, following up on a lead, or helping execute a campaign.
