The Social Media Growth & Content Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Role Description

- This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to grow brand and podcast awareness organically, audience engagement, and community presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing well written posts, writing and posting social media content, managing content & podcast calendars, and monitoring analytics based on performance data.
- The role also involves collaborating with the robotics community and the larger ecosystem, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries and comments, and identifying growth opportunities.
- The executive is expected to stay current with trends in robotics, automation, and digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.




- We are looking for a social media manager and content writer who organically executes through - Content Performance Tracking, Insights & Recommendations, Growth Experiments, Platforms Understandings, and Data Management

Qualifications

- We are looking for a fresher with 0.5–1 year of work experience
- Strong Communication skills - including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Social Media Content writing skills - to produce concise, engaging, and technically accurate content.
- Social Media Marketing skills - to manage platforms, drive engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Content Strategy skills - to plan campaigns, maintain content calendars, and align messaging with brand goals.
- Experience with basic design, multimedia tools, or basic video editing will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently
