About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and basic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for timely content delivery.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and growth.
- Suggest improvements based on performance and audience insights.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual communication.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, new features, and industry trends.




- Coordinate with the internal team and clients for approvals and content requirements.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media content and engagement strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to understand different brand requirements and target audiences.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other social media management tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple client accounts will be preferred.
