Role Description The Social Media Executive role at IMD Brand is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the individual will manage daily social media activities, including content planning, post scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. The position involves collaborating with creative and strategy teams to develop platform-specific campaigns, align messaging with brand guidelines, and support broader digital marketing initiatives.

The Social Media

Executive will monitor trends, optimize posts for reach and engagement, report on key metrics, and contribute ideas to enhance the agency’s and clients’ social presence. The role requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and timely execution of social media plans for various brand projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.




- Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to allocate budgets, select channels, and schedule content for maximum impact.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging posts, captions, and responses aligned with brand tone.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic graphic or video editing, and current platform best practices.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles, preferably within an agency or brand environment, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
