Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist role based in Vadodara. The specialist will plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, develop content calendars, and create engaging posts, captions, and short-form content that reflect the brand’s heritage and contemporary appeal.

Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with the showroom and marketing team to promote collections, events, and brand stories. The role also involves supporting broader digital marketing initiatives,



collaborating on visual content with designers and photographers, and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all online touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to plan, publish, and optimize campaigns across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support online promotions, basic analytics, and brand-building initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for explicit copywriting, audience engagement, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in fashion, luxury, or jewellery marketing, with an understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, and familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic design or content editing tools, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple campaigns, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced showroom and brand environment.
