Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media & E-comm Graphic Designer for a full-time, in office, 6 days a week role located in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer should be able to translate ideas into impactful visual communication across digital, social, e-commerce, events, and packaging. If you have a strong design sense, understand brand aesthetics, and enjoy working across multiple creative formats, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

? Social Media & Digital

- Designing engaging social media posts, stories, campaign creatives and digital content
- Creating brand-led visual concepts for ongoing and seasonal campaigns

?️ E-commerce & Website

- Designing PDP images, A+ Content, marketplace creatives and other e-commerce assets
- Creating website banners, product page creatives, promotional banners and campaign graphics
- Understanding how design needs to adapt across different digital platforms and screen formats

? Events & Brand Collaterals

- Designing event creatives, standees, backdrops, tent cards, invitations, vouchers, brochures and other brand collaterals
- Adapting designs across multiple sizes while maintaining consistency





? Packaging – An Added Advantage Candidates with packaging experience will have an added advantage, particularly in:

- Label designing
- Monocarton designing
- Gifting boxes & premium packaging
- Understanding and creating KLDs / packaging dielines
- Artwork adaptation and print-ready packaging files
- Handling packaging design from concept to final artwork

? Software Skills – Must Have

Strong working knowledge of

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Other relevant graphic design and editing tools

? AI Skills – Added Advantage

Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms and the ability to integrate them into the creative workflow will be valued, including tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI-powered creative/design tools.

Generic Requirements

· Previous experience of graphic designing in social media, events and e-comm in beauty/ skincare/ haircare/ fragrance/ personal care etc is a must

· Quick commerce experience (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart etc.) is an added advantage

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously

· Good command over English

· Should know how to work on Microsoft Excel, must for entering activities on daily basis

· Experience in completing tasks efficiently and on time

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines

· Immediate joiner preferred

Qualifications
