Key Responsibilities1. Content &

- Posting

- Plan and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X) etc.
- Create creatives and reels as per the requirements and post.
- Ensure brand tone, consistency, and accuracy in all posts
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs

Campaign

Management

- Execute social media campaigns for:
- followers
- Events, workshops & webinars
- Achievements & announcements
- Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating creatives and captions

Engagement & • Community Management

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback.
- Build positive engagement and online community.

4. Analytics & • Reporting

- Track post performance, reach, engagement & follower growth
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports
- Suggest improvements based on insights and trends

5. Trend & • Competitor Monitoring

- Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels, audio & formats
- Analyze competitor activity and suggest content ideas

Skills & • Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe / CapCut / Reels editing
- Good English & • Hindi communication skills

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in education / healthcare / qualified training sector (preferred)
