Role: Full time + Onsite

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Responsibilities

- Create engaging, high-quality content across platforms, aligned with brand objectives and requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned brands and proactively develop fresh, relevant and innovative content ideas beyond the content calendar.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas, formats and strategies.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates and industry best practices to keep content relevant, creative and effective.
- Ensure all content is planned, created and delivered on time as per the content calendar and brand requirements.
- Monitor content performance and use insights and audience feedback to improve content and strategies.
- Is someone who's comfortable appearing on camera and creating on-camera content when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, creative agencies or media environments (freshers with strong creative skills are welcome).




- Robust creative thinking and the ability to consistently come up with fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats and current trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned brands and work independently.
- Good understanding of content performance, audience behavior and social media insights is a plus.
- Willingness to experiment, learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
