We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Intern who can help us build and grow Soluvya's digital presence.
This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and get hands-on exposure to how a mental health and wellness brand is built from the ground up.
About the Role The selected candidate will be responsible for helping manage Soluvya's social media presence and creating engaging content that increases brand visibility. Reach. Engagement and community growth.
You will be involved in the complete content creation process — from finding ideas and researching trends to creating Canva designs. Shooting or editing Reels. Writing captions and publishing content.
This role is ideal for someone who loves Instagram. Understands Reels. Enjoys Canva and wants to learn how brands grow on social media.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage Soluvya's Instagram and other relevant social media pages
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Assist in creating and maintaining a weekly content calendar
- Research trending topics. Formats. Sounds and content styles
- Identify content opportunities around mental health and wellness
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach
Content Creation
- Create Instagram posts. Carousels and Stories using Canva
- Create engaging Reels and short-form videos
- Edit videos using CapCut. VN. InShot or similar tools
- Create simple motion graphics and visual content
- Convert mental health and psychology topics into simple and engaging social media content
- Repurpose existing content into different formats
- Develop hooks. Captions and CTAs for social media content
- Assist in creating founder-led content and videos
Founder Exposure The intern will have an opportunity to work directly with the founders of Soluvya.

This will provide practical exposure to how an early-stage mental health and wellness company is built and marketed. What We Are Looking ForMust Have
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Basic knowledge of Instagram
- Ability to create attractive social media posts and carousels
- Ability to create and edit Reels
- Basic understanding of short-form video content
- Good visual sense
- Creative mindset
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience with CapCut. VN. InShot or similar tools
- Basic copywriting skills
- Experience managing an Instagram page
- Understanding of Instagram Insights
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Comfortable appearing in Reels or helping shoot videos
- Interest in psychology. Mental health and wellness
Previous professional experience is not mandatory. We are more interested in your creativity. Consistency. Initiative and ability to learn.

High-performing interns may be considered for a longer-term paid opportunity with Soluvya based on business requirements and performance.
Expected Time Commitment
Approximately 10–15 hours per week.
The focus will be on quality. Consistency and learning rather than simply completing a fixed number of hours.
Suggested Initial Deliverables
During the internship the intern may work towards:
- 3–5 social media creatives per week
- 2–4 Reels per week
- Stories and supporting content
- Weekly content ideas
- Trend research
- Monthly content calendar
- Basic performance tracking
These numbers can be adjusted depending on the intern's experience and the content strategy.
