Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions.
- Support routing, QoS, segmentation, IPSec VPNs, and WAN services.




- Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvements.
- Coordinate with customers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
- Create SOPs, knowledge base articles, and mentor team members.
