Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Financial Services or Insurance Operations.
- Strong understanding of UK Life Insurance processes, ARF, and Investment products.
- Experience managing teams, driving performance, and handling operational escalations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational workplace.
